CS105: Introduction to Computer Programming I
Here are some feedback about my teaching from students:
- Best prof ever!
- The professor's teaching style was so easy to understand. Also, if students had questions they didn't know, he explained them kindly until they could understand them. I really learned a lot and escaped the fear of coding. It was the best class I have ever taken. I want to thank him for giving me courage for programming and teaching us. If the same instructor teaches other CS subjects, I would like to take that class as well.
- The professor is the only reason I did well in this course. He was engaging and actually tried to help his students understand concepts. He showed up with a positive attitude and never got frustrated during teaching. His first class was identical to his last. Consistent and reliable
- Super fun class very engaging (probably my favourite)
- My prof Sangho was great and I liked his teaching style overall (especially when he gave out candy for answering questions lol )
- Professor Sangho is awesome!! Extremely helpful and engaging and fun prof.
- I really enjoyed this CS 105 class. Both the TA's and the professor were extremely helpful and accommodating. I especially appreciated them giving us an extension for the last assignment and labs. There were two occasions where I forgot to hand in an assignment and the prof allowed me to hand it in late and still grade it. Thank you for actually caring about your students and giving us every resource and tools we needed to do so. I hope every CS class is taught in this manner!
- I would like to thank my professor Sangho and TA _____ who gave me extra time whenever needed and went out of his way to explain things to me. They both played an important role in learning programming.
- I really enjoyed this course and will continue to learn coding on my own! I see the value that it can have in so many areas of life, both personally and professionally. Thanks to everyone involved for your help throughout the term.
- You did a great job teaching this course! I have a much greater understanding of coding now.
